It is, but a safer way would to just seperate a 1.7 factions server from the Bungee. In that case, why not make a completely new server? But all together, I'm basically going to make a similar point I did in another thread: Deal with it. Deal with 1.9. Every single update, it's the same people saying that they're going to leave, that the update os going to ruin Minecraft as a whole, and that the update is terrible and lags n shit. Yet you're still here(HOLY SHIT PLOT TWIST). Tbh I'd really think ya'll learn. In the end though, Everyone will move forward in updates - including J&H. Just letting you know that in the long run your bitching really does nothing. The best way, as I've seen, is to adapt. Just play some Vanilla Minecraft for a change, and explore how it is. But, J&H aren't going to stay in 1.8 just because people want to, just as they didn't stay in 1.6 or 1.7.
I hope they do update, I personaly love the update, even though I do not know about the new PVP system that everyone is complaining about but as a side note if people spent there time getting used to the new PVP system instead of moaning about it people would be pro's by now
Well, then again, there are 2 servers that I have added to my server list that are compatible with both versions (1.9 & 1.8) even if they are servers with more average people on them, I'm sure the update shouldn't take too long... Hopefully...
First i never said im gonna leave if they update to 1.9 ive been here sense 2014 and plain to stay instill i get bored of MC. And how am i bitching im just saying that it would be nice if they stay in 1.8 but if they go intro 1.9 ill still play.
Hate to be a grammar nazi here, but ...here since 2014 and plan to stay until I get bored... Sorry XD
Ah, sorry I made it seem like the last paragraph was for you. That was basically a whole pointout to most of the people who were bitching about 1.9 in previous posts. I'm just so tired of people complaining and complaining, yet running their yap is the only thing they know.
If it does, the player count would probably decrease. Some of the more PvP-oriented game modes would be completely different. One good thing would be the prevention of hacks. With the hit delay, a hacker would be not nearly as advantaged as other players, due to the fast clicking speed. I do not think they will be updating, or any other PvP-oriented servers.
I've noticed a common complaint is the new combat sytem. (delay in the sword and and added shield.) People are just mad because skill can now beat their spam swing.
fuck no please Its not skill like literally Its about your reflexes and how many shields you have in your inventory(lets not forget Unbreaking 3 too shall we)
I would argue that reflexes count as a skill. Using them properly would take (even if just a tiny amount) skill as you'd need to know when to block attack etc.
