why this command exists for normal players?

I mean really... /ci is a classic command that has been around for a long time. Its not for me to call you stupid, but please ask around before using a command. Thins like /kill in kitpvp or /suicide are easily turned around as a scam. I have heard of people saying "Say /kill list to see who got the most kills today," or "Say /suicide list to see who commited suicide lately.." I mean stupid stuff like that causes arguements over chat, which is plain out annoying. Hope I helped! Thanks!
