when do you usually sleep during summer?

Wake up at 7am sleep at 11pm

 

i got to bed at 9:30 and wake up at 6am. You guys really should get your sleep schedule back on track cause losing sleep can be Extremely Unhealthy for you.

Miss one night of sleep and of course you feel cranky, uncoordinated and irritable. but miss a few nights in a row and you actually start to see things that arent really there. How do i know this? Research at school.

You shouldnt stay awake just to be with your friends or something, they will always be there the next day :)

 

I go to sleep around 10-11 PM most of the time and wake up around 9

 

i actually managed to sleep at 12 and when i say for once i mean for once i usually sleep at like 2

 

Usually at night

 

I have no set time but, I never stay up after 4am

In the holidays I go to sleep at 11:00 - 12:00 PM and wake up at 12:00 AM
