    This thread probably has been done before, it's okay.
    I want to know what makes you as a person feel joy and brings you into a happy state of mind.
    Mine is the past concerts I've been to and the amazing experiences I had at them, also just music in general makes me happy and makes time fly by. Also being with my friends and just forgetting the world by laughing with them always makes me feel happy.

    Happiness is what keeps people going, don't let anyone ruin what or who makes you feel happy!

    nothing makes me happy because all we do is meaningless and we live in this universe for a speck of time on the timeline and it wont matter in the end AND WE'LL ALL SUF-

    I literally just had a discussion about happiness in Psychology.
    To know if you are happy, first you must define, what is happiness?
    Happiness comes not from external objects, but from internal feeling.
    Instead of focusing on how to extract happiness from the task or object at hand, focus on bringing your own happiness to that task or object.

    I am pretty happy when eating good food though kek
