What is your MC Client of choice?

    I'm a little curious how many players on the server use modded MC clients vs normal and what your go-to version is, but more specifically why you like that client?

    What is your client of choice?
    Vanilla, Optifine, Forge (what mods?), labymod, BLC, Lunar, Falcun, Orbit, Crystal, etc.

    What do you use and why do you use it? Is it because of the amount of included mods, the UI, the cosmetics, the FPS boosts.. What's your draw?

    Until now, the Optifine client on 1.16 is more than enough for me and practical if I may say. A good 'ol FPS boost and an option to donate for a cape? *thumbs up*

    lunar is the best

    it's clean. pvp and casual friendly. great capes and other cosmetics. the gui is slick and the mods are easy to use

    i used to use badlion a lot, but recently i've really been enjoying lunar. just have some *disagreements* with badlion...

    but i like the FPS boost lunar gives me, in addition to actually spending a lot of time on the lunar server itself. almost everything i could want is included with the client *exceptions being fullbright and VC*

    i also really enjoy the cosmetics

    I actually don't play on the recent version of Minecraft, it's cool and all but it lags my entire PC badly. The best version I can play lag free is 1.8, and I play on Laby.

    It couldn't even handle FFXIV well, nor Elder Scrolls or any other game.

    Laby has great features for non pvp players, so I usually use Laby cause I don't really pvp much. But when I'm going to pvp I use Lunar client cause it's more based on PvP it also has a lot of PvP add-ons. And the gameplay feels much more smooth than Laby.

    So:
    Everything else than PvP - Laby
    PvP - Lunar

    I find no difference between lunar, badlion, and optifine when it comes to loading times

    because it comes with optifine and potentially other mods like coordinates, potion effects, ping, and other small mods

    wdym by clunky

    also trying not to start an argument but I just see no reason on not using a client with built in mods

    labymod, i dont need tons of features. coords, optifine and some chat mods are just enough for me since i dont play pvp based modes that much. it's simple to use and has everything i need :-)

    I used to use Laby because I thought the vc mod was cool, but then people were annoying and I then remembered that I'm anti social for a reason.

    Now I use Lunar for the fps boost + customization it offers, cosmetics are cool too i guess.
    I use 1.8 for j&h and everything else, 1.16 for regular survival with friends or building

    I always use Optifine, but if I don't have that installed, I would just download Optifine or just use the normal version. I've always stuck with Optifine and I don't feel the need to use any other clients other than Optifine.
