TIPS FOR HELPER APPLICATION! (HELPFUL)

This caught my eye.
You can't expect staff members to sugarcoat things, saying things like, "Omg I'm sorry but I'm going to have to deny your application... I'm really sorry! :(" They're staff members, like employees in a real job. They're expected to act maturely. You can't expect to attempt to get a job and have the employer say "Oh I'm really sorry but I'm not going to accept you. I'm super sorry! You can re-apply at this time though!" when you get denied.

 

TBH, This is actually kinda stupid people can make their own staff application in any way that they want, (They need to include the format though.)

They don't need to follow tips if they don't want to, They can make their own unique staff application.

There are some other like good things to know, You need to try and put on your best grammar and make it look nice, That always gets you closer, (I think anyways.)
