You DO have some good points, but you don't have to include this kind of stuff

 

Vaicun, Minecraft party was created a really long time ago, (I used to play it back in those days). The first time that Sky recorded it was the big leap for them... A lot of minigames like Minecraft Party were created, but Minecraft party is not the first... It started in one of the Mario games I think...

Alright, I guess I can put in my two cents about this whole thing. I will keep it short so people will not have a problem reading it.

Well, I have to say map I agree with about 98% of the things you said. No doubt. But here are some things I would like to say.

1. Hypixel - ItsJerryandHarry: Hypixel is NOTHING like IJAH. For one, Hypixel has a big staff team, and lots of skilled developers. Jerry and Harry run this server in there free time, and they have there own life too, you know. YOu can't just open a server and pull Moderators, Admins, and Highly Skilled bukkit developers out of thin air. People that can run the best server in minecraft don't just pop out of nowhere. Be happy IJAH opened up this server, and the great things we DO have on it.

2. Treepid: Honestly, who cares about him? He does all of this stuff for attention from us here on the server. The more you give it to him, they more he is going to come back and look for more attention. So just don't give him what he wants. I can't believe some of you have not seen it by now.

3. Staff Favoritism: I definitely have to say, we have some great mods on this server :D But yes some of them, and sometimes they can favorite people. What I mean by this is that say a Mod is in the lobby talking with people. An Honest non-donator comes in from the build it lobby, and says there is a Server IP spammer in build it, Mod! Come Help! The mod will either say he is ling, or will ignore the person. The same moderator's friend comes in from SG. "There is a Spammer in SG!" "OK, I'm coming brb guys" While the advertiser in Build It gets away with his crime. It has happened to me many times -_- But, not all mods do this, and I am glad that we still have some great staff here. :D

4. Staff/Maturity: Well, I would have to disagree with this. I mean, I don't often see staff "treat there friends like crap" but I can imagine how annoying it would be. As Lila said, if you are friends with that person and they are bothering you, talk to them. if they were "mature" enough to get the job in the first place, I'm sure they would understand. If not, well, it is not a REAL friend.

5. [Helper] Rank: Maybe, the helper thing might be a little "op" But even so, I have 2 things to say. 1: This is a new rank. They are probably still testing it. 2. There IS a Helper rank. The owners of the server made it themselves. They must think that it is could for a first time staff. I agree with it. Really, That is all I got. My point is, enjoy this server. And do't flash back to before when "The server was actually good." Enjoy the current server. Enjoy the TRUE friends that you have. :)

 

I feel the helpers were just appointed by the mods. No offense to the owners, but they need to step it up and repromote Treepid.

05ocram05/marco's staff application- Although it was short and lacked info, cram is a mature person who has been here for a pretty long time. Also, don't say your application is good. That is a kind of bragging.


The Treepid thing- He was bothering the owners and admins. He shouldn't have started bashing them in the first place. In my opinion, he was purposely bothering the staff. I don't even know why he was made a mod in the first place


Staff Favoritism- Well, I do have to agree, staff do this.

Hypixel<>J&H- They are two completely different servers. Don't compare them.

Staff Maturity- They have to be mature. I don't like it either but they have to.

 

Well, when I got told this by some people, who weren't even helper, I didn't really get told to keep it quiet. Also, it's kinda rude to keep things secret, especially since you can read messages. I'm not going to flame at anyone at the moment. But if you have so much of a problem with me, keep it between me and you only, don't bother posting it on a thread.

I'm going to be really honest here, sometimes I talk to people on the server about secret things that the majority of people don't know. I have friends that know stuff. I don't exactly want that stuff read by helpers, especially since some stuff may offend you guys, although it shouldn't. It's mostly my opinions.
Lila only told me a few things. Rest was told by others, not mentioning names. I'm not making a thread including stuff I have limited info about. I've been talking to a few people for the last few days about this, where it got to the point where I wanted to see what would happen if others knew this.

 

I agree, Mappy had a lot of information in his application, he should of been accepted. Also, I was talking to my friend gcgdog, and I'm not going to name who, but gcgdog thought that only one person out of those 4 was suitable, and I 100% agree with him. Yes, staff need to be good & not muck around to much, but why was this server made? Oh, you must of forgot, to have fun, why do people say the server is about having fun? Oh, because if the staff were all serious and you never see them lol or xd or even respond to you then why don't you just leave? Because you have boring and un-enthuastic staff what only /kick, /ban, /tempban etc. Never respond unless it's got something to do with "report abuse" or "staff applications". Also, I was looking through my application and I honestly now think I have 0% chance because nobody is going to look at it. Like seriously? They only accept the people who have like not really any information, and the "popular" people like "Well-Known Members"when there are applications with LOTS of information are not looked at. I try to come on so much to be active and play but I guess I'm being active for nothing?

The server was made because ItsJerryAndHarry wanted to be with their mc fans or they wanted to be with them.
