TempBan on IJAH (Unbanned Already)

Yes i know redstone clocks are banned and not allowed. But on the detailed rules post by MrDeathWilliam it is said that small redstone clocks that have a lever/redstone power source to be able to switch the clock off and on is allowed. Big clocks that is "forever in the on state (Does not have lever to turn it off)" is not allowed. The clocks i make are small, can be switched on/off and are usually to control useful things such as lights in a dark room etc.

As for Clocks on Plots, here's a few things to take note of:

• If it isn't too big and is used to control a device AND has a switch, it's allowed
• If it consists of a bunch of pistons or redstone clocks pulsating and controlling nothing, it's not allowed.
• Lag Machines (as said above) can damage the server's performance if they are extremely large. This brings a danger to players that go near it as it can not only crash or freeze their game, but can freeze their computer.

 

I really think hacks should be a permban for real

 

What about that clock I saw you making with this "Bonnieguy123" Where you made a huge redstone plane that moves and so on, That nearly broke my pc and that's why I now use this laptop..

I really don't agree. What if the hacker changes and wants to follow the rules, etc. Obviously if they got banned for hacking 3 times then they don't care. They can get permanently banned. However they should get temp-banned on the first offense so they can have a chance to change and be warned. Just my opinion though.

 

I never even knew i was hacking when i was actually using mods that aren't allowed. You see, a friend of mine used it too so i thought it was allowed but i got caught and banned for "hacking". Yeah i will never use illegal mods again.

 

There is appealing for a reason. This server as far as I know of (from the last time I was banned over a year ago) is very lenient with the appeal system. If hackers want a chance, they can appeal. However, I think they should just be permbanned with no chance of unban, however appealing seems more reasonable and appealing (no pun intended) to this community.
