Could I have a tbh, please?

Tbh, I'm not sure exactly what I think of you, because of past personal experiences. Before you were staff, I always felt like you were trying too hard, but you've definitely improved. I'm not gonna lie, I wasn't expecting you to become a helper. But other than my (and my friends') experience(s) with you, you seem like a pretty good person in general.

From what I've seen, you are quite a good staff member and are quite formal in how you approach things.
However, there is one issue that reduces the formality and actually makes you appear inadequate to solve issues/problems.
That is your grammar.
I understand you are working on it, however I advise you work on it ASAP because there has been a noticeable decline in good grammar from you to the point where there is seldom a time where there is not a mistake.
Mistakes are acceptable, we all make them, however for someone who lives in America, has English as a first language, and is 18, the amount you make shows poor effort or understanding of languages and can cause people to see you as "mentally behind", or you don't care enough to put effort in to spelling correctly.
I do know you quite well and I know the above isn't the case, but it can appear so and so I'd advise you to work on it,

Negatives aside, the chats I've had with you have been fun, and we definitely need to do so again. There are not many people I can talk to for 3 hours straight about 1-4 topics alike one another.

You are a helper who definitely deserves the rank, you seem to always be kind to others and also seem to be very wise on the forums.

I haven't talked to you in a while, but from the past conversations with you I can say that you are a mature, responsible, and honest person. I don't really have much else to say... Don't change your personality... I like it
