I'm pretty sure the Peaceful Survival server has WorldEdit installed and if my knowledge serves me correctly, you can copy and paste objects across worlds so a reset shouldn't be necessary

 

The shops do look a tad small - maybe extend them a lot more as it looks very crowded

Aside from that it looks really good. Well done

 

The shop walls can be rearranged and/or shrunk down if need be. But yeah it's not quite as roomy as the neat little rows but it was the best I could do in a pinch :p

This is so much cooler than the current spawn!

 

I am not a person that plays survival so I don't know anything about that side of things but so I can only really judge the build itself. With that in mind let's continue.

I will be honest here as saying amazing cannot contribute to your skill which I already sense you already know that. Anyway moving on to the house. It is nice but it feels a bit overdone IMO, you could've done without the constant zig-zag of the roof and there are places where the wood and the stone don't look good together and also the little bridge joining the houses together is something different although that could have been shaped to look less boxy. (If that's a word xD)
The windmill to be brief is flat. You have tried to help it but windmills are a weird shape to give depth to so I won't be harsh there.
The air balloon is nice I can't really see the top but it looks like a good spherical shape. Maybe if you have a oak and spruce mix it may look a bit more random just because I am not a fan of oak by itself, really though that is personal preference.
Last is the terraforming and may I say that notch trees are a no go zone in building. They just have no realism about them and they aren't at all good visually. Pretty much get rid of them immediately and replace them with hand made trees.

 

All valid points, I appreciate the feedback. If this design does get chosen I'll go back and change a few things. Unfortunately the houses couldn't get much better because of the way they sit on the edge of the circle (which in hindsight was a design flaw but it makes the build unique) but other than that I will keep that in mind in the future :)
