[Skyblock] /enchant cooldown

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Skyblock.

    Detailed description of bug: If you type /enchant without putting an enchantment at the end of the command to actually enchant something, the cooldown still goes off. People type just "/enchant" to see the command's parameters etc. and the cooldown ends up going off even though they haven't used the command.
