I would develop a new minigame and recruit more staff. I would also encourage the community to converse on social reforms.
Well.. I would have continue working as owner to make the server better for the community, I'll try to think of rules that can adjust the community and server for a bit. Create custom minigames because we don't copy so I'll just continue that tradition, thinking of creating a better way of recruit staff like it isn't the staff application you should judge on. It should majority on the applicant of the job, like is he/she have good skills on solving reports? Something like that, then I'll try to adjust the forums. You know to keep it active like a popcorn and be at my best at my job to solve any problem whatsoever, like adjusting the staff team. But I also need to seperate my personal life from my work life because sometimes these two don't mix very well, like if there's a family member involved in a problem. I have to act like my position, but I should also have fun while being an owner.
tbh, I would never be able to do it lol owning a server isn't like tying showlaces tons of work + challenges are ahead of you it'd be really hard in general, wouldn't be able to do it
I would act like an owner of any server, fix bugs, glitches, ban those who need to be banned, promote those who deserve to be promoted. I'd also update Area's of the server, aka Skyblock Spawn, to something different every few months.. I would also still play the server like a normal player, play on skyblock3 24/7 and just chat with everyone!
