Ramadan!

I just want to say I have soo much respect for the people doing this, because I probally can't even last a few hours without food. Big respect.

 

So, there's this event called a Wampex. I participated. It basically is surviving from 4PM to 8AM, so 14h in total. You have to walk, canoe, climb, ride a mountainbike, etc.

Coming to the point; one guy participated while doing Ramadan. I can give you one thing, not eating and sporting for 6h is extremely hard. Big probs to him (and all Muslims) for being able to do this.

Also, why is everybody so sensitive when someone says it's self-harm. Sometimes we are just too oversensitive..

 

Anyone who doesn't practice Ramadan will see this event as "Self-harm" because most people believe this is anorexia, but the muslims believe they should fast to understand what people go through, I give full respect to muslims for this.

 

I'm also fasting :)
