Question about homophobia

Yeah, I think homophobia should just be classified as/plain out called discrimination. Its judgemental. Judging someone on something as low as that is pretty selfish and something I am totally against.

Although people are entitled to their own opinion, this specific topic is hard to touch on so just keep in mind that others might take offense to whatever you're saying. c:

It's not about who can ignore opinions and whatnot. I was talking about the fact that you can't mock someone while you're asking them a question regardless of what it's about. It's like asking your grandfather about how it was like to fight in Vietnam while interrupting mid-story several times to say how pointless Nam was and that his friends died for a US defeat, while saying that you think all the tactics they used were garbage and that the Vietnam soldiers were more superior (not all real facts but you get the point).

At this point you and Noah were joking and mocking posts, it seemed like your thread had no point other than to make fun of other's views and mock past threads/posts.

You didn't need to go there, and that's why I commented. You can have opinions obviously, but don't go low and mock people when they were just answering your question. If anyone attempted to start a flamewar on this thread, it was the question askers.

 

I made an apology thread regarding the subject this past weekend, and yes I did realise it was immature of me to go there. I was just really mad at people who couldn't respect other's opinions on homosexuality and if you expressed your opinion on how it is weird, they'd write a whole 3 page essay on your comment saying how disgusted they were, so I thought it'd be funny to quote people's "essays" on those things. Which was wrong.
