    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: In the lobby.

    Detailed description of bug: The '/prefix' command tells me that I can only use it every 5 minutes, even though the last time I used it was more than 5 minutes ago.

    According to @MC_Scout in the chat, the cooldown was increased to 1 hour, which is probably why this is happening.
