    I never get neck pain from my PC monitor being up on the wall, as i said in a previous post, I lean back in my chair and look up. :)

    Its not as painful as it sounds, Even with my PC monitor being up on the wall, I have never gotten neck pain or back pain at all, the worst i got once was eye strain but thats about it

    The way i do it is i sit down and i slightly lean my office chair back and it stabilizes my back and neck to where i dont get pain from it.

    Hey son, this is your mom. Looking at a bright monitor in a poorly-lit room is very straining on the eyeballs. I suggest turning on some lights.
