My 8th Story: The Eternal Shadow King

Omg, thanks so much for so much support now! I even got advertised on one Caleb's community newspapers! Its in server discussions and I'm so happy. I love making stories for all of you guys. Now let's keep going! :)

Chapter 11 - The Ore
After many attempts of trying to fall asleep without imagining all those voices, I finally got to sleep.
I was then interrupted by something that was touching me...
At first I just thought it was Twage poking me, but all over my body I felt something making my itch and wriggle.
I got up, and noticed 100s of tiny spiders all over me, biting me.
"ARRG!" I screamed with shock, swiping all the spiders off my legs and arms.
I noticed some tiny spiders, crawling towards Kry and Twage, who still remained asleep.
"GUYS! GET UP!" I commanded.
They finally got up and yawned, but freaked out as they noticed the spiders, venturing towards them.
"HISS! SPIDERS!" Twage screamed.
He threw some tiny fire balls at them all, burning them into ashes.
He sprayed all the tiny spiders with his fire that were on the floor.
I felt quite tired and dizzy, even though I just felt energised before.
"Where did they all come from?" Kry gasped.
We scanned the whole cave with our eyes. The ore was still shining bright, giving us light so we can see.
That's when we noticed a tiny nest, covering in spider webs in the corner of the room, with baby spiders roaming near the nest.
Before I could command what to do, Twage immediately sprayed it with fire, burning every living cell in and near the nest.
"Did any spiders go on us?" Twage shivered.
I shook my head, even though they were quite close to them.
"But... some were on me. I feel really tired now. Are they poisonousness?" I questioned.
Kry picked up a dead spider on the floor that was the only one not turned into ashes.
"Well... on this spider it's fangs are still sparkly, like the ore. However, I'm sure these type of spiders don't have any poison or anything that can harm others. But the ore..." Kry stopped as he looked at the ore at the wall.

"I'm sure she'll be fine! Maybe Nala can sometimes not always be right about everything." Twage winked.
With that comment, I did relax a bit, but I still felt floppy and sleepy.
It's possible I'm so tired due to no energy being consumed recently since I haven't had any food.
"Do you have any spare food Kry?" I questioned.
Kry looked in his backpack and shook his head with disappointment.
"Your backpack should have food." Kry suggested.
I tried to grab my back, but I just felt the cloth of my clothes.
"Where did my backpack go?" I questioned.
I then noticed next to me was my backpack.
I looked inside and no food was in there except for the rotten and half eaten crumbs in there.
"Looks like the little spiders had a little party in there or something. Heh." Twage giggled.
"All my weapons do have some green dribble on them... I prefer not to touch them, they might be you know, dangerous." I said as I put down the backpack.
I could feel the emptiness in my stomach as it commanded for something to eat. But the only thing I could eat are all these dead spiders, but I wouldn't risk it.
"We'll get out of here Louise and get food back at the cave... somehow." Kry sighed.
We all sighed with disappointment and worry.
"At least we have the ore to kill all the Shadows!" Twage cheered.
"Wait wait, does the potion kill the Shadows? Like poof. Not cure them or like make the Shadow human again?" I questioned.
"Pretty sure that's what Undead said. Why?" Kry questioned.
I scratched my head with a wonky smile.
"Yeah... you see. I was looking to like cure the Shadows. Cause remember... Agent S is still a shadow and I don't think killing him will save him." I explained.
Kry and Twage looked at each other with blank emotions.
"Oh dear... haven't thought of that... we'll think of something. Let's just focus on getting out of here. It's really cold here anyway." Kry said.

"Umm... *cough* Hello? We can't get out! The iron door is like as strong as my mama!" Twage shouted.
"Well your mum must've been a strong woman without taking a scratch from a pickaxe." Kry hissed.
I looked at my backpack again. One item in there was still shining...
I dumped my hand in there and grabbed the item. My sword...
The ore that was scrapped on it is still shining..
"Maybe your sword is strong enough to get us out of here." Kry gasped.
"Well, if you think so, you can get us out." I handed the sword to Kry.
"...Whatever" Kry said as he grabbed the sword.
He marched towards the iron door.
The corner of my eye noticed the ore, still jammed into the wall.
'Bring me with you... Bring me with you...'
The voices just keep on ringing, making me feel more tired.
I noticed Twage and Kry, concentrating on the door without checking on me.
So without their permission, I got out my pickaxe in my backpack that only had bits of slobber on it, and cut some ore out into a jar.
The jar was pack full with all the ore and the ore was gone from the wall.
I then heard a loud 'sizzling' sound, like some metal was melting.
I quickly placed the jar in my backpack and noticed a giant hole in the iron door.
"Wow, your sword is legendary!" Twage cheered.
I did a big smile as I was happy that the escape was a success.
Kry threw me the sword and I placed it back in my backpack.
We finally reached out of the cave in one piece and headed home.

'Open'. I called.
The iron door to our home opened.
We went inside as we felt proud of the mission that we have completed.
"Yo Undead and Nala! We got the ore. Where you at?" I called.
No reply.
"Let me handle this..." Twage winked.
He got out a megaphone that was in his backpack.
"YO UNDEAD AND NALA! WE ARE HERE!!!!!!!!" Twage shouted into the megaphone.
Stone crumbled from the ceiling and made the whole room shake for a bit and also murdered our eyes.
"Why'd you put that in his backpack?" I hissed to Kry.
"I didn't. He must've put it in his backpack himself." Kry said.
When Twage finally stopped shouting, we still heard nothing.
We decided to ran into the labritory.
We looked every corner and even wardrobe that was filled with potions and books.

Kry, Twage and I finally met up in the middle of the labritory.
"Did you find them" I questioned.
They both shook their heads.
That's when I noticed a little note next to a potion.
I picked it up and I read it out loud.
"I have now captured 3 of your friends. You are all next.
Love Captain Jack ♥"
"Who's Captain Jack? Why does he have our friends?" Twage shouted onto the page, making his spits smudge the paper.
"The paper won't respond Twage." Kry hissed as he pushed Twage slightly.
"This doesn't make sense..." I looked closer at the paper.
"What about the Shadow King?" I said.
"Maybe this Captain Jack guy is with the Shadow King. Remember the note from before? It's possible Shadow King is using him to try and turn everything into Shadows." Kry suggested.
"I still don't get it though! Why do they want everything to be Shadows!" Twage shouted.
Kry and Twage argued with this opinions and questions as I thought carefully.
The book in the library that Undead got answered some answers... what if it can answer more?
"Remember the library Undead went in that was in the jail? It answered a key information for our adventure, right? What if it can give us more information about the Shadows, the Shadow King and possibly even Captain Jack." I explained.
"That is possible." Kry said.

"Okay. Tomorrow, we venture forth into the Shadow Kingdom, go into the library room and find answers." Kry commanded.
We both nodded.
But then... my vision became blurry and my hearing was smudged up.
"Um... guys? I don't... feel good." I tried to say as clearly as possible.
It was like my brain just turned into jelly.
I then noticed my legs just turned off, making me fall to the ground, then... nothing. No voice, no colours, just nothing.

Guess what? We're half way through the story. *gasp* It's funny but I'm running out of ideas on how I should make the story more interesting and longer. So if you have any suggestions, ideas or short stories, you can also post them below and that might give me some ideas about what could happen in future chapters.

Wondering, which is more weird, big spiders or small fucking scary/tiny spiders with their tiny fucking eyes. Well, that's weird. Even for me. Still good.

 

Giant spiders are definitely more terrifying and weird. At least I can squish every single tiny spider ^-^

Chapter 12 - Becoming The Devil
Clips of memories flashed in my view. Some clips even played that I have never seen before.
Shadows, crawling all over me. Golden axes swinging in my face. Spiders surrounding me. The Shadow King zapping its red lightning at me.
None of the clips made sense. No answer. It was just there.
Then, one clip seemed to mean something...
Long ago, back in the jail. I saw the person's face that saved me and guided me until it disappeared. The face was then lit up, showing someone...
The person seemed to be... a girl. The girl's face seemed familiar.
Nala.
Then it showed someone else. It was wearing a black jacket with a hood covering its face.
It looked like like the one who tried to kill me back in jail as well.
Then... the face revealed.
Undead.

I thought I could feel my body shake like an earthquake. A long lasting friend... trying to kill me.
My life was on the tip of the spoon. Someone who was known to be the guidance of my life... the enemy of truth.
I was gasping, trying to grab something to help me get up. I was stuck to the ground.
Sweat rolled off my face onto the ground. I looked at my hand... a golden axe?
It was chained to my hand. I couldn't let go off it.
It started to swing me around. I couldn't control it.
It made me charge forward, smash all my friends...

"LOUISE!"
A sudden pain was on my cheek. Kry looked so stressed and mad for some reason.
"What the heck Louise? Why'd you try to kill us?" Twage hissed.
I was standing. I looked at my hand immediately to see if the axe was there.
Just my hand.
"Wha? What happened." I gasped.
Kry grabbed my shirt by the top.
"You spawned a golden axe, dyed your clothes black and green, spawned patches of blood on your skin and clothes and turned your eyes red like a demon. You tried to chop us up into particles with your axe, until Twage swung a pan at your cheek." Kry shouted then finally let go of me.
"But... but..." I gasped.
I took a couple of steps back, pushing my back against the wall.
Kry's face was red, full of rage until Twage ringed in his suggestion.
"Maybe the spiders did something to her." Twage suggested.
"Don't be ridiculous. She ain't Spiderman. The only thing the spiders could have triggered is her eyes. I'm not sure about the mind, clothes and axe." Kry explained.
Twage was about to ring up his theory, until some kind of light shined in front of me.
Kry and Twage turned around and saw a portal.
First, someone crawled out, then another person jumped out.
"Nala, we made it!" One of them said who was jumping up and down.
"Thank... goodness... Louise! *cough*" The one on the ground coughed.
"Nala! Undead! Your back!" Twage cheered.
I didn't feel like cheering at all... in fact, I was trying so hard to be filled with joy, but something was blocking my emotions.

I looked at my hand. An axe spawned.
I charged straight at Undead and pushed him onto the ground.
I held the axe close to his neck.
"LOUISE! ARG! IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN!" I could hear Kry scream in the background.
"Why'd you try to kill me!" I hissed with a devilish voice.
"Wha-What? What are you talking about?" Undead gasped with fright.
Someone then grabbed me, pulling me back.
"Twage, put her to sleep! Now!" Nala shouted.
I wriggling and scrambled, trying to escape.
Something knocked me on the back of the head.
My eyelids got heavy, my legs felt weak and so did my mind and the rest of my muscles.
My knees crushed to the ground. My mind became blank.

"You have done weeeell Louise..." Someone hissed.
My hearing was activated, but not my vision.
But in the distance, a small, gold glowing light was flashing at the very back of my view.
"Perhaps you aren't as ussseelesss as your friendsss." It continued.
"Your life will be complete Louisseeee. Take me with you... don't worry, the darkness at the start will stop and award yooou..." It hissed.
"This is just a test Louissee. Once you overcome this diseeaaassee, the disease will become your destinyyyyy..." It kept on hissing.
The light started to fade away. Then a mirror appeared.
I saw myself, chained to a chair.
It didn't look like my though... green pants, black shirt, blood on my skin and a golden axe on my back.
"Thissss is what you'll have to overcome. Once you learn to control thissss, this will be what you'll become..." It continued.
I couldn't keep looking at myself. My future...
I close my eyes and looked away.
"Don't worry chiilldd... everything will make sense in the end." The stranger hissed.
It was then silent. I opened my eyes but the mirror was still that, reflecting my future... my destiny.
Then my view faded away, and great light filled up my eyes.

I opened them and saw I was in the labritory.
I tried to move, but my hands with chained up.
I heard the door open. Undead was there.
"Why'd you chain me up?" I questioned.
"We couldn't allow you to continue being a wicked beast." He said calmly.
"I don't know what is happening to me. Is this my future? My destiny?" I kept asking me.
"No one knows Louise. Now, I have the ore you got by the way. Thank you." Undead smiled.
I just looked away to ignore his joy.
I looked at him again, and he frowned.
He then walked up to my and keeled down.
"Listen. I will find a cure for this... devil disease you got. Okay?" Undead said, smiling with confidence.
"Should I believe you?" I questioned.
"Of course you can. I am your friend." Undead said.
"Friend... about that word. I know who you are." I frowned.
"What do you mean?" He questioned.
"You tried to kill me at the jail. I remember." I spoke.
Undead's eyes widened.

He got up and stared at one potion that was bubbling.
"You must be talking about someone else." He said.
"It was you Undead. It looked just like you. In my dream!" I shouted.
"Dream? Dreams don't mean anything Louise. Look, Talking about this just gives me a headache, let's just change the subject." He argued.
"Why?" I hissed.
"Because... I've got other things to worry about. This is not something I should be worrying about. I'm trying to help you save the world Louise, and you are stopping me doing that!" He shouted.
The doors then opened as soon as Undead's voice cut off.
Nala was there.
She slowly walked towards me.
"I was hearing your conversation. And I do have to say something..." Nala sighed.
"Louise, you know who am I. Yes, I was the one who saved you in jail." Nala explained.
My dream... it was true. If the theory about Nala was true then... the theory about Undead must be true as well.
"Do you remember who tried to kill me at the jail?" I questioned.
Nala then froze for 2 seconds, then dug her hands in her pocket.
She handed me a photo.
"This was shot on the day I saved you. And looking at this photo will reveal the true identity of the killer." Nala explained.
I turned over the photo, and looked carefully.
I saw me on the ground, the guy standing in front of me, and someone else in the corner, about to throw a knife at him. The person in the corner was clearly showing Nala's face.
I looked extra carefully at the killer's face.

Someone then quickly grabbed the photo and ripped it in half.
I saw the frightened and stressed face of Undead.
Nala nodded at me.
It's true...
"It's... its not what you think!" Undead gasped.
I then saw Kry come in the room and also Twage.
Kry picked up one of the pieces of the photo.
The piece was the face of the killer.
Kry dropped it in fright.
Twage picked it up, and the same emotion appeared on his face.
And I picked up the piece, and looked at the killer's face.
I raised it high, next to Undead's face.
Same eyes... same face...
I thought I had a heart attack and dropped the piece of paper.
Undead was sweating and gasping.
Undead was the killer who tried to kill me at the very start.

Chapter 13 - Devilish Answers
"Twage! Kill him!" Kry shouted.
"KRY! He has been helping Louise in the past." Nala shouted.
"He has been trying to kill Louise in the past! FIRE!" Kry commanded.
"Put him in a cell." I said, stopping the argument.
"Louise?" Kry questioned.
"Keep an eye on him." I said while looking at Twage.
"Right. Take him away!" Nala commanded.
Twage got up and got out of the labritory.
"Louise... Undead is the-"
"I know. He tried to kill me at the start." I said, interrupting Kry's opinion.
"One day we will have to do something with him, but now it not the time." I said.
Kry's eyebrows narrowed as he looks like he disagreed with my opinion.
"Kry. We have other things to worry about." Nala said.
Kry sighed then walked away.
"He's hard to please Louise." Nala sighed.
I looked around in the labritory.
"There has to be a reason why he did it in the first place. If he still wants to kill me, how come he is helping us creating a potion to stop the shadows." I explained.
"Go to the Shadow Kingdom and find the Shadow King. I know he has something to explain." Nala said.
I looked at the exit of the labritory.
I exited the labritory into my room, when I found Twage leaned against a cage with Undead sitting in it.
Twage noticed me at the corner of his eye and sprung up.
"Lou-Louise! Hai. *cough*." He said nervously.
I stared at Undead.

I came towards him and keeled down.
"Why did you have to do that?" I questioned.
"I... I don't know!" He sobbed.
"I know there is a reason why you did that. Just tell me." I said softly.
He just looked away, removing eye contact with me.
I knew his information was tucked away in his head. I left him and went in the kitchen.
I saw Kry lean against the wall while Nala was looking into a backpack.
I noticed her pulling out the sword I have.
She looked shocked.
"Why did you do that? That is dangerous!" She shouted.
"It helped me kill all the spiders and get the ore." I explained.
"You cannot use the ore as a weapon. I know, it is a useful material to help us make the potion, but never. And I mean never. Use it as a weapon." Nala hissed.
I took a couple of steps back as the seriousness on Nala's face struck me.
"Alright alright. Jeez." I said.
She put the sword on the ground, got a gun and shot it multiple times.
It then snapped in half.
She kicked the pieces at the wall.
I then looked in my backpack and realised the ore I got was missing.
"Was that the only thing you saw in my backpack?" I questioned.
She nodded.
I then remembered Undead saying he did get the ore. But... I'm sure he didn't need that much. All well.

"What weapon do I bring with me?" I questioned.
"No weapons." Nala hissed.
"Ummm... why?" I hissed.
"You'll go into that devil form again and use the weapon to probably harm us. I cannot accept that." She said.
Seems reasonable.
"Can we hurry up and go." Kry shouted.
"Yes. We shall venture forth." Nala smiled.
We exited the cave and marched towards the Shadow Kingdom.
When we arrived, we quickly hid behind a building.
I looked around the corner, but no strangers were there.
I looked around. No living cell was here apart from us.
"Where is everyone..." I questioned.
"Not sure. At least no one is here." Kry cheered.
"If no one is here, we can't look for the Shadow King then." Nala said.
Just then, we heard tiny noises of hissing.
We stood still and listened carefully.
More hissing joined in...
In the distance, some Shadows crawled towards us.

At first it looked like 10 Shadows.
Then 20.
Then 50...
100...
500...
1000s.
1000s of Shadows were then there.
They were then overlapping each other, then grew out of the ground.
They formed together creating a body.
It created giant, slender hands, then a head.
A giant Shadow creature stood in front of us.
It turned its head towards us.
Kry got out his gun, about to shoot the creature.
"Wait." Nala said, covering her hand on Kry's gun.
"Agent S could be in there." She predicted.
Kry put down his gun.
We took a couple of steps back.
We then turned and run.
The creature was then moving fast, dragging it's legs across the ground.
Some Shadows were still on the ground as they crawled towards us.
Kry was out of breath and stopped.
Nala and I turned around and stopped as we saw Kry, breathing heavily as the Shadows ventured towards him.
"KRY! RUN!" I shouted.
Kry was sweating and also looked back.
I knew he couldn't run so I run towards him.
I grabbed his arm and ran, but something was stopping him from moving.
I looked back, and the creature was grabbing his body.
I pulled him back, but with all the power this creature had, Kry's arm slipped out of my hands, and Kry was taken.
Kry screamed with fright.
Then the other arm grabbed Nala.

I tried to also grab her but she was already taken as well.
Kry tried to get out a little dagger and stabbed the arm.
The creature then threw her to the ground with such force.
Dust bloomed around her as she crashed to the ground.
I ran towards her, but then I was grabbed.
The hand squeezed me hard, draining the energy I had.
I was hung upside down.
I was close towards the ground. But then, a figure marched towards me.
The Shadow King.
"You jealous of my new creature?" He smiled.
I tried to look away, but he was still in my view.
"I want answers!" I hissed.
"Answers?" He questioned.
I nodded.
"Let me tell you a story then..." He grinned.
"Undead was my assistant. I knew about you since the beginning. I sent him to be in all your adventures, telling me all the data about you to me. Yes Louise. Not only in the beginning he was evil, but right now he is still evil." He smiled.
My eyes widened.
Undead has been in all my adventures... to spy on me...
"Now I know all your weaknesses and strengths." He giggled.
"And I... Captain Jack! Will finally defeat you!" He shouted.

Captain Jack... that name seemed familiar.
That's when a flashback hit me:
In another adventure. Captain Jack was spawning all these adventures in the past to the present. I remember he wanted to be the most greatist scientist in the world.
And now he is here in front of me, seeking for revenge.
"Your... Captain Jack?" I gasped.
"Wasn't it obvious?" He giggled.
Kry couldn't hear what we were talking about, but I could tell if I told him, this wouldn't be good news.
"Why do you want to kill me so much?" I shouted.
"Because you ruined my dream. You kept saving the world, even though I was supposed to be the one to save EVERYONE!" He shouted.
"Now... this is my revenge." He whispered.
He punched my in the face, making my nose bleed.
He punched me again with greater force.
I started to cough as pain started to kick in.
He was about to punch me again, until something spawned in my hand...
I tried to look down. A Golden Axe...

Chapter 14: Stabbed to the skies.

Another person, wearing a dark mask made Captian Jack unconscious.

The person sees @LouiseXminerX, he's knocked out cold. The mysterious character drags his body along the ground.

Louise wakes up.

"Oh... Oh man, Where am i?" Said Louise

"Your in a better place," Said Mist (Thats his name for now) "We have to get you armoured up!"

"What? Listen man, I dont know who you are, or where I am, but Im out!" The door locks quickly

"Im not so sure" *Takes of hoodie and mask*

"... @Deadlyyyy?!?! I thought you were dead!" In a past, Deadlyyyy went into a strange cave to save Louise's brother, Marty. Marty came out but Deadlyyyy never did. He was reported dead on the news. But just has been unspotted and lives in the cave, where he controls the whole thing.

"Nope, I still have remains, Its quite obvious anyway. I mean, Ive been leaving my chocolate bar rappers and soda bottles all in front of the cave, each and every day. People just think its the wind." Says Deadlyyyy.

"So you live down here? Its actually not bad!"

"But cmon, Jack will wake up soon!" Hurried Dead

"So, what do you want me to do?" Asked Louise

"Armour up! This time jack will have an army." Told Dead

They armoured up and got ready for the battle!

They searched for jack.

No-no-no-no... I'm Jack! I don't get knocked out like that! I am CAPTAIN JACK!!

 

That's very nice to make a chapter for me, but you should have asked permission first.
If this was for fun, then thats okay. But if you actually wanted to change the storyline of the story, then my plans for future chapters would be extra hard now. Also I'm a GIRL. I feel like you didn't read any chapters at all as this doesn't really... fit. Like what about the other characters?

I very sorry if I'm being negative as I haven't fully recovered from a terrible day yesterday. But please, ask permission first to make a chapter.
If this was for fun, please say so otherwise this could confuse readers. I'm going to have to ignore this chapter and not accept this to change the storyline of this story.

Once again, I'm sorry if I'm acting like I'm in a horrible mood, but right now I'm still not top notch. Thank you anyway.

Chapter 14 - A Lose And Horrible Gain
My hand slipped out of the dark fingers that were scrunching me up
The axe flung onto the finger, which released me.
When I got up, Captain Jack seemed horrified. So did Kry.
I looked down. Green shorts... black T-shirt and stains of blood on me.
I looked back up. Captain Jack then held out his rod.
He tried to slash it in front of me.
At first I thought he was using the rod as a weapon, but I realised it was controlling the beast as it then grabbed me.
It squeezed me tight, too tight in fact.
I looked to my right, and noticed Nala there, on the ground with blood, all over her.
I stared up at the beast's face.
The view started to fall into darkness.
When the corner of my view was finally touched with darkness, my hearing starting to go as well.
My muscles were all inactive. Everything was out of stock to reach.
It was like death has reached over and stole me, bringing me to where I really belonged.

Before I could think why this is happening to me, a bright light lit up my face, almost blinding me.
The light settled down. I was chained to a chair.
I was in the same room I was when I became unconscious again.
"Thisssss is what you wanted..." A hissing voice whispered.
"I know you wanted to beeeee a devil... it issss in your blood..." It slowly hissed.
I was about to ask who this hissy guy is, but it was like my voice was limiting what I could say.
I was trying so hard to open my mouth and ask more questions, but it was like the muscles in my mouth just became broken.
"The axe... it will protect you from any dangerssssss..."
"Remember... you can't change the future not matter what. The future... is pressssent."
In the distance, I could see myself with the green pants, black shirt and blood stains I had previously.
It looked up, opening it's red eyes and showing it's sharp teeth.
"The future... is present..." It finally hissed.
A mirror showed up and showed myself.
I leaned out and looked behind the mirror showing the other Louise, then at the mirror.
The mirror looked just like the Louise behind it... wait...
The mirror was reflecting me... reflecting my present... and future.
I started to breathe heavily and quickly.
Voices rung in my head, giggling and laughing.
I kept staring at the mirror. The voices kept becoming louder in my head and the mirror became bigger.
With everything pushing my life, I just blacked out.

I realised my muscles were active again and also my hearing.
I opened my eyes and pushed myself up.
I looked down immediately to check myself.
My normal clothes like before.
I looked up. Kry was standing there with mud in his knees and clothes. He was holding someone.
Nala...
I ran towards her until Kry punched me right in the stomach.
I fell down. Before I could shout, I looked closely at Kry's emotion. He looked horrified.
Nala was unconscious.
"What... what was that for? *cough*" I coughed while trying to say that as loud as possible.
Kry just looked down at Nala's head.
I looked at her head too, then I noticed heaps of blood on the side of her head.
That's when I noticed a huge cut on it. Not just a cut, but like a ravine...
"You... you did THIS!" Kry shouted.
"Wha-what?" I gasped.
"You killed the beast. Yeah, nice job. Most of the Shadows escaped though. The Shadow King left too. Then as soon as Nala woke up, you just charged at her then stabbed your axe in his skull, and now she's probably dead. Nice going. Yep. You jerk." Kry shouted with rage.
"But... I didn't do-"
I stopped. 'The future is now present' quote...
Does that mean what I did to Nala is what I'm going to do to my friends in the future?

I got up and grabbed my head with disbelief.
I heard a small hiss. Probably a little message from the hissing guy.
But I heard another hiss and it felt like... it was in real life.
I looked to my side, and noticed a Shadow near me.
I gasped and took some steps back.
Before I could react and do something, it just stood there...

Is this Shadow not hostile? Is this an ally?
Before I could think it was an ally, it came forward and grabbed my leg.
I tried to run, but I realised it wasn't doing anything...
It just held onto my leg. Sometimes it would try and push my leg down.
It then just let go and crawled away.
I was very confused. So was Kry.
"Was that even a Shadow? Yeah it looks like one, but... is this a different Shadow? A none hostile one that grabs onto random people's legs?" Kry questioned.

"Something about that Shadow is strange..." I said.
I turned around and saw Kry lay Nala on the ground.
He pushed his ear onto her chest.
I tried to walk towards her, but he held out his hand in a signal to freeze.
"I hear something..." Kry whispered.
He concentrated harder.
"A... a single heart beat. Just one. Nothing else." Kry said with confusion.
"There might be still time! Twage might be able to use a heal spell on her. Hold her and let's get going NOW!" I commanded.
Kry nodded and held her up.
As we kept on jogging, I felt guilty.
How did I get this demon form?
And why did I just go unconscious when I was in the beast's hands?
Before I could think of a reasonable answer, we opened the iron door to our home.
Twage was in the kitchen gobbling up all the cheese.
He almost choked when he saw Nala.
When he finally swallowed, he screamed with fright.
"WHAT HAPPENED?! CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP!" He screamed.
Kry placed Nala onto the table.
"I think she is still alive, but soon that maybe false. How do we save her?" Kry gasped.
"First, tell me what happened. Then I'll think of a way to revive her." Twage questioned.
Kry looked at me with a worry look.
I had to tell the truth.
"I did it." I stepped forward.
"Wa-What? Why?!" Twage questioned with concern.
"I don't know. I went unconscious and I think I became that demon form again." I explained.
Twage looked down.
"No worries though! I know a way to revive her!" Twage cheered.
Before I could be filled with joy, I heard a sneeze.
It sounded like a sneeze Undead would do.

Kry realised that too as he looked at me. We marched angrily towards my bedroom.
"What? Why you guys mad? Does my breath smell like poop? Actually... maybe I did eat some poop instead of chocolate..." Twage said.
We saw Undead in a cage.
He looked up with glee.
"Oh thank goodness your okay! I thought you were dead. How you doing?" Undead cheered.
I opened the cage door.
"Your freeing me? Why thank-"
Kry punched Undead in the mouth before he could finish.
"Wha-What was that for?" He shouted angrily.
"You... you've been an enemy to us for... for years!" Kry shouted.
"I am innocent!" Undead hissed.
Twage then came in to see all the racket.
"You've been working with the Shadow King since the beginning... you are a betrayer!" Kry said as he pushed Undead angrily.
"WE SHOULD KILL HIM!" Kry shouted.
He was about to get his gun from his backpack, until Twage spoke up.
"Enough! Now I know what's going on. But it is the bosses choice. Not yours. Louise, what should we do with him?" Twage said in a mighty voice.
I stared at Undead as he looked down.
"Get a backpack for him." I said.
Undead looked up in surprise.
"With enough food and water in it." I continued.
"Lou-Louise?" Kry gasped.
Twage nodded and went to the kitchen to fill a backpack up.
"He... he's responcible... for all of this! Think of the past! He didn't loose a down thing! THIS IS THE ENEMY! AND HE HERE ON HIS KNEES!" Kry shouted with anger.
"Kry. Your right he's not one of us. But we're not responsible to judge any enemy." I calmly said.
Kry looked disgusted, then marched away with anger.
I looked at Undead.
"You... you should be leaving!" He shouted.
"What have I done." I said calmly.
"Captain Jack only wanted to save the world! But you stole his role and embarrassed him. He only wanted to be with his destiny, but you stole it! Remember? He created all these horrible things so he can show the world he can fix it and show how great he is! But you... stole his future and replaced it. You should be the one leaving!" He kept on shouting.
"I don't remember replacing anyone's anything. Now go and get your backpack. Your the one leaving." I said seriously.
I turned away and marched away.
Someone then grabbed my back and made me fall to the ground.
I turned my head and saw Undead on my back.
He got out a dagger, ready to stab.

PS: If you're gonna make a next story, make me a villain but not the "You-ruined-my-future" type of villain please. Because it's kinda... I don't know, classic? (Not trying to offend here or anything, the story is good, just a minor detail that I added)
