Another thing to note, is the Glenn got covered in blood when Nicholas shot himself and more than likely got covered in more blood if Nicholas did fall on top of him.

 

I reckon Glenn is still alive to be honest. He will die but I think it was too soon with what just happened. It's just weird the way Nicholas is somehow on top of him at that exact moment giving us hope that Glenn got away but you never know xD. It's so confusing to get your head around. It's like being in a restaurant and not paying attention to the menu until the moment came when you were asked what do you want to eat.
