If they think it's funny to bully someone hate someone for who they are I don't care.
We honestly don't care how you feel about others.

Who cares why they hate you. That's their problem, not yours. Even if what they say is true, you have friends, shadow. It's not like you're forbidden to rely on us. And if you don't want to, that's fine with me.
But don't change who you are just for some asshats who care about nothing more than themselves.
Your friends are here for you, keep that in mind.
If they aren't, that's why I'm here. I'm only here to help.
I know you probably have to deal with a lot of crap on a daily basis, I know. Trust me, I do.
But just stay strong for us, okay? I couldn't give a rat's ass what the haters think, okay? We like you the way you are.

I would know. Okay. Okay. Not easy when it is about 50% of the community. How many times need I say it? Then is it worth staying? Maybe I should not live then? Okay. Trust me, I know what true harsh is. I do. Continuously, if it keeps up, it will get worse, and it will eventually become a severe problem. I am feeling like I am losing many slowly. Love yourself and just enjoy life, because life is rare and you only get it once in a lifetime. Yes, I would say that life gets boring and it may seem like there is nothing good in it, just wait for the good and fun things to come, it'll come when you least expect it. Remind yourself that it's okay not to be perfect, in fact, nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes, we all have problems, we all get hated on, we all get judged, but guess what, there will be someone who will care about you. You're lucky that someone still accepts you for who you are, you're lucky that someone still cares about you, and you're lucky that you're still alive, some people don't even wake up in the morning anymore. Just remember everything in life is temporary, so if things are going good, enjoy it because it won't last forever. And if things are going bad, don't worry, it won't last forever either. Life is too short to worry about stupid and bad things. Regret nothing, and don't let ANYONE bring you down. Never worry about what others think about you, it's just their opinions, and their opinions shouldn't be powerful or strong enough to change who you are. Everyone thinks of one another differently, so it does not matter what your attitude is like, or how you act, what matters is that you're being the real you. Shadow, I think that you're a really good friend, and I like the way you are. Looking for a sign that someone still cares about you? this is it.

Shadow, haters are people who have nothing better to do. YouTubers get it on their videos, people get it in school etc. Shadow if you change because of haters, it shows that you are obligating to the haters. Like if someone is being made fun of for something, let's say hair. Don't change your hair. If you like it then don't change it. If you do, it shows that you are weak. Now Shadow, I find you a very likeable character, so don't let people change who you are. Because if you do, believe it or not, the haters will hate even more because they will see you are changing under their request and therefore, they will take advantage of that. Stay strong dude.

 

If you're going to get down and complain over someone choosing the third option, don't give people the option to choose it. It's also very contradicting that it's an option considering you say you will delete and report troll posts. There's one step to helping yourself.

Anyway, I have a very negative attitude (as you may get from this post), but I'm not going to compare it with yours as I have no idea how negative you can be. All I will say is that I know negative people and they don't have haters. What's different about them? They don't have the image of being evil, dark and negative pasted all over them. I have no idea how that started or if it was even yours to control. But one step to stopping this is to rid yourself of that image.

Going back to my point about negative people I know. If they have haters, they ignore them. They don't give them what they wan't, for the person to get down about it. If you wan't people to stop hating on you, rather than asking us to tell you what to do, take the initiative and ignore them as that's the easiest way. I know pretty much everyone has told you to ignore them, but rather than dismissing it, actually try.

In the end, we can't really help you, only suggest things you can do. If you don't want people to hate on you, you have to actually try to stop it. If you dismiss and don't want to try our ideas, fine by me... Complaining wont help anything.

 

There is a reason I put that there, it's to see who I can tell is a troll or not. THe person who chose it did not reply, so obviously he is a troll, and I will not hesitate in pressing the ignore button for him. I don't mind your negativity, as long as there is no malicious intent in posting this, which I don't see in my eyes. My negativity depends on who I am talking to. Close friends, you will barely even notice it, enemies, hell breaks loose. I believe you. Depends. People look at me and think of me as an attention hog, due to my whole "SoulKeeper Era." I don't think the people you knew started something based off of their negativity. I do, just because of a little trend I should probably never have started in the first place. It started from my SoulKeeper trend, when I fooled around with Mappy, Mcc, and Claire. It was mine to control in a sense, and obviously, I've failed. That is the whole reason I started this. If I were to force myself to act more positively, I would be rid of the image of being dark, evil, and whatnot. If I were to ignore them, that would be about half the community, which is a lot, and would make it a little unusual. I am already considering that. That was the reason I made this. Trust me, I have tried many different things. Making an alternate @Dragon_Knight and showing off my gentlemanly side, trying to act high with others just to see if that would help, and in the end, nothing worked. Who said I was dismissing your ideas? I suppose that means you think I am not aware of that already?

 

Anyways....Shadow, we like you because of who you are, you have friends because of who you are but if you want to "modify" your attitude a bit, it's fine by me. Sometimes, a good friend is when he/she is being who he/she naturally is. ;)

 

Seriously, you should really stop negatively perceiving yourself and talking about that in public, and change your attitude. You're not negative or rude or anything at all. I'm not saying that just to be nice, it's my honest opinion. The closest to negative you are is needlessly worrying about your reputation. You don't need to worry about that stuff at all. I myself have never actually witnessed anyone hate on you. Outside of that worrying about your reputation, you're an overall nice guy on the forums.

The one and only thing you should change is that you think you should change.

i'm sorry, but that kind of statement is what i like to call "complete bullshit". if someone is a hater they legit dislike the person's ways.

 

I know, and I wish to stay that way, but reputation is not the complete reason. As I stated, they message me VIA SKype and such so they can avoid punishment. Plus, I've blocked those people already, but I continue to worry that it will only continue. I can be a nice guy, but some people get on my nerves, and when I snap at them and start to act like someone with a huge temper, they start to take that to others, and thus the snowball effect.

It's understandable. The only thing I wish to accomplish from this thread, is to clarify if more people would prefer I continue acting the way people knew me, the gentlemanly type person with the occasional mysterious/dark type personality, or if they prefer me to force myself to lighten up. That's all I want to know.

 

Be who you are, Don't let hatred and other people's opinion to change you.
I say you shall remain the same, Changing attitude like that is practically impossible anyways xD. I know cause I have tried. But yeah, Having some disrespect is what keeps the place together.

 

oh the things I could say. Who am I kidding. The only strong ones here are the bullies. And if their only intention to hurt you because they know that you are weak, so be it. It is a stupid move on their side, considering the fact that hurting you for the same reason over and over again has to eventually get old.

I see two choices, one is truly being yourself however the exchange of that is getting a lot of hate from a certain amount of people.
In the other hand, one is being the positive and people's "Idol" thing however the one is just being not himself.
Yeah, people hate your negative personality. People like your way of your positive personality.

Some of the people who may vote probably don't even know you haha and therefore it isn't a very fair vote. I consider you ask your friends or family for help in this matter.
