I'm turning off my colour for you Jerry you better appreciate this young man Basically, Open your mouth, as wide as you need. Breathe in. Notice how your throat is clear and lets air through? In a way, block it so you can't breathe in. Keep breathing in when it's blocked. (No, this won't hurt) Air will come in with a weird kind of noise, not as clear as normal breathing. You'll feel air in your stomach, quickly let it out or it'll get stuck there, and it doesn't feel so nice! If it gets stuck in your stomach: Either wait, and it'll come out eventually (1 minute or so) or: Repeat the steps. I feel like some sort of Wiki writer Anyway, hope this helps.
Swallow in air like your guzzling water or something. Youll feel your throat feel strange for a second. Just release by then, its pretty neat.
here's how i do it 1: Swallow some air 2:create a bubble in your throat 3:burp it back up that's how i do it :)
@ItsJerry , what I do is suck in air by breathing in like I just came up from a swimming pool, very hard. But use your throat don't just suck in. After I gather enough air in my throat I just release a burp. It's hard to explain, but I just do it.
1. Inhale deeply. 2. Hold the air inside your throat, your adams apple should be down a bit 3. Using your stomach and/or throat, force the air out.
