    Diet [average]
    You struggle to maintain or attain a healthy diet but can still make a reasonable effort towards achieving your goals. This questionnaire my help point out the weak and strong points of your diet efforts. If some of your weak points include difficulty of being motivated by your goals (last question in each domain), perhaps slightly reframing your goal to be more motivating will help you. For example, maybe you are losing weight because you fear being unattractive, but what is more motivating would be focusing on the desire to be healthy (or vice versa!).

    Fitness [low]
    You find exercising difficult. Some possibilities for this include: you haven't found a physical activity you enjoy, or you haven't found a way to make time in your schedule, or you lose motivation. Pinpointing your weak spots and working on this may help. For example, you might schedule exercise at a particular time where your energy levels are highest, or try a new form of exercise, which you may enjoy more, or which may provide variety. It is also possible that your exercise goal is not actually motivating enough. For example, maybe focusing on a goal of improving ability or technique (e.g. swimming stroke or dance) may be more fun than the vague goal of simply "getting fit".

    Career [low]
    You find working towards your career goals difficult. Some possibilities for this include: you have strong negative feelings associated with work tasks that you are unable to overcome, or that you easily are distracted from the tasks you need to do, or that you don't place enough importance on all the tasks needed to further your goals. Pinpointing your weak spots and working on this may help. For example, you might learn relaxation techniques to reduce anxiety associated with work, or you can put motivational quotes up on your wall. It is also possible that your career goal is not actually motivating enough. For example, maybe you think you should be trying to get a promotion but instead you might be more motivated by creating an exciting vision for how you'd like your current project to be realized.

    Romantic Relationships [low]
    You find romantic relationships difficult. Some possibilities for this include: you are not comfortable with intimacy, not good at connecting with others, or don't enjoy meeting people. Pinpointing your weak spots and working on this may help. For example, you might learn to be better at listening and communicating. Another possibility is you can build your confidence by improving other parts of your life. Or you can find activities that you enjoy where you naturally will meet people, but where the focus does not have to be on meeting people per se. It is also possible that having the direct goal of improving ones love life is a detrimental strategy. It is possible that to improve ones relationship goals, one should focus on more indirect goals such as building a rich and fulfilling life of interesting activities and good friends, which incorporates new adventures and growth. Focusing on one of those goals may incidentally be the best way to improve one's love life. Alternatively, you may have conflicting relationship goals (e.g. exciting flings vs. stable long-term). Finding a way to have a consistent goal and reduce internal struggle should be a priority in working towards being happy with your romantic life.
