    Alot of states are like that.
    Iowa is one of the few where you can drive this young. This is partily due to the nature and cutler(sp) of the state. A place like where blue lives is probably a state/country with many big cities. Thus the driving age does not need to he that hi. This is due to the fact of there being public transportation among other things.

    i live in bc canada we chated mc but i still need 6 more years. oh yeah my ststers having issues also and i have a joke in my family: at this rate i will get my licance before my sister!

    Here in Finland when you're
    15 years old you can ride a 50cc bike (top speed 45km/h or 28mph) License costs about 700€ (~$800)
    16 years old you can ride a 125cc bike (max power 11kW) License costs about 1000€ (~$1337)
    18 years old you can drive a car and a motorcycle. License costs about 2000-3000€ (~$2674-4010)
    24 years old you can ride a bike that's more powerful than 35kW. License costs about 1000€ (~$1337)

    Not really cheap.
