Minecraft Highest Fps?

I've dedicated less of my system power to graphics, and more to performance, which boosted me significantly. I receive 5-10x as much fps now, which gets me to 70 on multiplayer, and 300 in singleplayer.

 

Is Avast the ONLY PC cleaning program you have on your computer? If so, so get an antiMALWARE program as well, such as Malwarebytes. Virus' and malware are different things, and you need 2 different programs to scan for them individually. This video can probably give a better explaination:



Also, maybe try doing a disk defrag.

I already got malewarebytes. I did a threat scan and found 217 files that were infected, which I fixed.

Yes. Sorry for the late reply. I had a massive discussion with the staff on the Amnesia Wiki. I've also been working on the "Developer Commentary" page for quite a while now.

My PC is faster I have to admit, but it gets laggy if I keep hiberating it. If I do a restart, the memory chip is reset, and it runs a lot more smooth. I still lag for my Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs game, but it runs with absolutely no lag if I get into the game's savegame files and disable the fog. It makes the levels a lot darker, shadows more threatening, and the lantern isn't as effective, but hey, no lag.

All these people with fast PC's are telling me that they built their own PC -- How is this possible? How can I do this? Does it cost a lot more money?

 

They say custom computer and build. It means, picking out parts and when you order the ppl put it together, like, I ordered the lower end graphic card not the higher and my PC company changed it.

 

Hmmm. Well I would need a flat out new PC. This one is from 2011, and I've tried my best not to break it. Here and there, a virus seeps in, but I manage to get it out. I want to see how long this system can last before it eventually dies out. It is 4 years old and I have a feeling it will break down soon. When it does, I'd like help on getting a very fast PC.

I've heard of overclocking, which extremely reduces lag but decreases the time between now and your PC's death. Also if you do something wrong, it's game over -- forever.

Not really a bump since it's not yet a full month, and I checked page 4, which was January 23rd, not 28th.

I have 200 fps right now (Thanks @Spikegold, I did a massive cleaning of my PC which took 5 hours, and it runs 10x faster now)

 

What hell of graphicscard you run in there lol. Gtx 980? Nonetheless those numbers are pointless, the human eye can't see a diffrence between 60 and 120fps.

But yeah numbers ~1000 Pentium G3258 @4,3 Ghz 1,21vcore, R9 270x +100 Memclock, +50 Coreclock, +0,20 vcin voltage.


I'll soon get an unlocked i5 for higher single threaded performance.

 

The can see more than 60 FPS, just that most monitors can't show it. My monitor is 75Hz and there is a noticeable difference between 60 and 75.
