Everyone is leaving the server

Well here's one thing: I've never been a SkythekidRS fan (sorry to all you out there). I've watched his videos, and the only one I admire out of Team Crafted is Deadlox. When I started playing J&H, there was just an empty wooden spawn with mountains around it and holes in the mountains with portals. This was right before the Horse update. I played around spawn most of the time, trying to get my head a lot and give it to people. I played my butt off in Survival and Skyblock, Spleef and OITC every once in a while, Creative rarely, and the rest of the games I left to everyone else. Survival and Creative broke every so often, but I found a way to Survival.
By Christmas 2012, Build It was here. I played it and was hooked. I wasn't on when Sky did the recording, so when I looked at the player count one day, I was amazed! About 1000+ players were online at one time! Then I got grounded from games due to grades in 8th Grade. Yada yada yada...
I'm back after the Horse update! HUGE change! Everything was different! They got rid of Paintball and Mob Arena, but I never played those (sorry if you liked them). The spawn looked like it was now! Everything was in its natural position (except Herobrine's Chamber). I played J&H until Survival went down. Then I switched to Skyblock. It lagged on me and apparently went down at times. Creative, lag, down. I played Spleef. Never lagged, which was good. I played Spleef and Built It until Skyblock was up... ...with 3 servers! I checked out creative, ALSO 3 SERVERS! I was on until about mid-summer. I heard of some new servers on J&H (get rid of advertisers, they're attracting me). Gone for a while, and back by the end of summer! Got rid of the servers and now I play with my friends. Wanted to get Premium, but I had to get that through with my parents. Gave up and Survival went down for GOOD! Moved on and I barely play now unless it's on Skyblock or Creative. All I'm asking is: "UPDATE THE ESSENTIALS FOR SURVIVAL PEOPLE I'M GETTING A MIGRAINE!!!"

 

BuildIt came out in Summer 2013 I think… The spawn looked the same after PB and MA was removed. It still looked like an area surrounded by mountains with the small rivers. A month later, there was a new spawn.

 

They'll probably add around 5-10 new mods. 50 new ones, naw.

what if it really happens?

I mean, I think that Dao can manage the mods properly without worrying them abusing 'power' since their 'power' is reduced if I quote what Jerry said.

we have 750 people on regularly, and that is a large amount to be moderated. To have a server being fully monitored all the time, with each staff member spending 2-3 hours a day I assume, would already take 12 staff members to moderate it. moreover, they'd need coverage over the whole server, so...

to me, it's not surprising if J&H are planning to work with 50 mods in the future.

The thing is, who knows who will be chosen?
I worry that 80% of the good applications are people just hungry for the power? I do not think they will work well.
How will they be monitored?
Yes, 50 mods could be useful, but also dangerous. Because I don't trust 95% of those apps.

nobody said they're accepting them all at a time, because thats just chaos, xd. with the power part, i do remember someone mentioning about someone testing the helpers, and there were 95% of them who failed it. gg.

 

Note the "Less power." And I think Jerry know where he is going and that the crew will get great Responsible Staff.

 

WHat the staff should use to contact each other is Skype. And if people don't have it, or any contact with the owners/moderators, that app will be gone in a flash... Just saying...

 

I think a lot of people are leaving because survival is down and they aren't patient enough to stick around...other than that I don't see a reason to up and leave the whole server...

 

It's still fun. The server is boring in some moments when my friends aren't on. But the positive outweighs the negative for me.

Quoting Jerry, he said they're working on another staff system. It should take time, and less than 50 mods with less powers than before are ALRIGHT. Probably the current moderators would be another rank. It's alright if they think they can handle it. Necessity means risk and planning.

 

There has been a lot of apps to be mod. Idk if it even should be on there because people aren't looking at it. Jerry is right a lot of people have been getting bored due to the fact that survival is down and that is why people have been leaving. But it should be up and running by now.

Yea, because I had a app on thursday 6:00 and no one was really commenting on it. So yea I really want staff to see but I can't ask which im not asking but im just letting everyone know that.
