    I did it with my fingers once when I first heard this song, I keep touching my fingers, then I did it with a pencil and I realised it was much easier because it's an object taller than my finger, then I practised and then I did it with a pen, I got so much better that I started doing it with a real knife, I cut my fingers once, but all that practise I rarely hit my fingers xP
