He's trying to prove a point.

Flare, don't make useless posts with nothing in them. It's not necessary.

I'm sorry to interrupt, but I don't even know what the hell is going on, so as a complete asshole I will join in. Anyways, I just have a few things to clear up...

Some people accused me of being part of the "patrolling squad" because I was requesting lock on threads. As a gullible person, someone (not telling who) told me that you were required to request lock on threads if they seemed dead. So I just did so on a couple threads. And suddenly because I did that, people started going all ape shit because of it. Honestly.. If you want us to stop requesting lock a simple, can you stop? Would be nice rather than calling us out.

Like you said, this server has a very young fan base and you shouldn't go around reporting newcomers for not knowing, and I agree with your point there. But if no one is enforcing the rules, who will?

Again, I didn't understand your issue very much, so if I sounded like a complete retard, feel free to correct my mistakes.

What flare is trying to imply is that we ourselves, are not staff.

It is not our job to go and enforce rules. It is a staff's job to do so.
By enforcing rules, we are basically pretending to be staff.

Ah, okay. Thank you for the explanation, rockor.

I agree with you that as regular members of this server we should not act like we are staff. But I think as a player of this server, asking someone to stop spamming or stop advertising is enforcing the rules is not pretending to be staff, but just politely asking. But there is a huge difference between enforcing the rules politely and enforcing the rules with force.
