Except for my computer.. its broken :(

What happened?

I just tried to turn it on once and it just wouldn't go on unless I charged it, so I put in the charger and it turned on but it was like troubleshoot or something (its a laptop, my mistake) and I did the troubleshoot thingy and it said restart blabla I just kept restarting but it wouldnt work.. ;(
