Alrighty. :) Yeah, its useful if you need to draw our attention to something important that isn't quite report worthy.

Can you please define 'worthy' for this case?

Eh, not off the top of my head. Basically if you need to draw our attention to something but its not something that you feel should be reported (say if you dont think an actual rule is really being broken) then voilah. Or if its not even a hostile thing your drawing our attention to.

Example, so let's say you bought a rank for a Staff Member then under the 'Have you purchased a rank; if so which one' you tagged them and wrote what they bought?

That'd be fine. We're also users of the forum ourselves so anything you'd tag a normal person for I guess still applies.

What if that person is like an Admin? Same thing?

Eh, if we're active as normal community members I see no reason why you cant. IF the admin in particular would rather you didn't they could just tell you....or disable the feature like J&H have. Your profile lets you disable it.
