How'd you know for sure it's his brother?

Because before when he thought I was "friends" with him, he said he has 2 alts. Dragosthethird and SlenderGuus. I saw Dragosthethird yesterday online and I asked him "what are you doing here? you're banned thijs." then he replied "No, this is his brother. thijs is downstairs"
So yeah..

Hmm, well if it's his brother then technically that doesn't apply, but it's hard to tell and people usually pull off that excuse
