Okay, so it's the new Captain America movie.

Sorry I didn't mean to click post. There's a government act that requires all superheroes to show their identities and work for the government. Tony Stark is in it (spoiler #1) and thinks that the new government thing is good (probably just because he already showed his true identity and is self-centered) Captain America is against it. that's all I know so far.
