Depends really. (Might sound repetitive here.)
If the case is where the person who is spamming the likes is an alt account, it's not allowed.
If the person who is spamming the likes wasn't asked to do it, I suppose it's fine, as I've done it myself.
If the person who is spamming the likes was ASKED to, there might be a bit of suspicion there, but not *EXACTLY* against the rules.

Anyway, supuw0tm8 was a troll account, and did more than like people's posts. d:

Oh yeah, also, just looked through his posts, and he was also banned because he kept spamming messages on threads saying, "this is a drama thread."
