I won't kill myself, and I can't apologize if this person doesn't even know. I have a DIFFERENT (hate/ don't like feeling) feeling for this person, but dis person doesn't know.

Therefore tell it to the person, but in a sincere and polite way. In this way, the person would know that you hate him/her but he/she would respect that feeling you gave to this person.

There is a time when my friend told me that he hated me, he said that "I hate you Zach, but I just..not entirely hate you.. You made laugh sometimes, mad sometimes.. or Made me sad..
I never entirely hate you Zach, but your always a good friend to me." That is the time when I got broke with my ex-gf..
