Soba noodles is a food from Japan and can be held with chopsticks as in the avatar, which shows a woman and her eating with chopsticks and the handled food item is, presumably noodles. This means the noodles may be soba noodles. The grandmother used her chopsticks in a comical way by making a scarf made out of soba noodles, which is why I asked fora soba noodle scarf.
