It can be at times, yes. I also deal with all complaints against staff. It can get a bit complicated or difficult at times, but its necessary for this kind of thing to run smoothly. :)

Especially when the staff is your friends and then they get a complaint. Isn't that hard To tell them?

Well, for me its not so bad. For me, when on the job, friendships are set aside. I can demote someone and still be their friend. I can tell them they've done wrong and need to improve. The staff we have now all understand and respect this. :)

Ok. Ofcourse they have to kinda accept this. For me it would be a bit hard to first tell and then demote. But I'm not Head-Admin, and you also got a lot of experience with these situations.

Yeah, and thats the other thing to. I am where I am after a lot of experience. This isn't something I picked up overnight, thats for sure. I've made my share of mistakes, and learned from them, long before I ever found this server. :)

How much experience do you actually have? I'm very curious when it comes to these topics. :)

Lets just say I've always been a leader, not a follower, in every clan, guild, etc. in games and suchlike. :P
