Can't you ask the staff nicely to pardon/unban your account for you, so you're not breaking the rules and making another account?

Im making this account my new one and no longer have use for my other one. I dont mind if my other one is banned or not :p

But aren't you still breaking the rules?

Technically I was when both my accounts were up, but when the other one was banned it no longer was perceived as such.
