The comic is called welcome to gensokyo
The plot is where me and a friend get sucked through a portal into gensokyo, and we happen to show up during the events of eosd, and remilia goes mad with power and tries to take over gensokyo, then the rest of the world, America is her first target.

So me, reimu,arisa and yukari get gapped to America where i have to go to the Pentagon and tell the Secretary of defense about this threat. He doesnt believe me until marisa steps to persuade him.

After that, the armed forces are deployed across Washington dc, and thats when remilia flandre sakuya meiling and patchouli show up. And we find out their hostile and the army tries to fight back, but is failing
