put things like: I believe I should be Helper because I have been in the community for a very long time, meaning I know how it's changed, what is it like now, the commands, the people who are staff, how to act, what is punishable, etc.
I also am willing to work hard in a team and strive to do my best.
that's an example of just 1/2 of what you should do.
although the application isnt everything, it gives us an inside of who you are and having a lack of effort shows us you are someone who won't put effort in to help
