If you notice the colors and the things it shows and download the xray mod then you'll notice how it is the exact same. If you had an update for xray then it'd show up in red right above them.

Ohhhhh. Lol i havent used any mods besides dragon block c mod and pvp mods. Sprint huds ok

I only know this because I saw a different report and it had the same things while saying "There is an update for xray available" right above it or something.
