First off, he's been around longer than you have.
Second, he was elected to be staff by the staff, therefore, staff sees something in him.
Third off, you're pretty much harassing him.
Fourth off, if it was your application that was denied, you must wait one month to post a new one.

Wow dude. That's harsh and untrue, Loling is and has been a very qualified and good staff member. Quit hating on him because your application was denied by him. It could have been denied by any other staff member, but he was the one to do it first.
