Its a lot of work and quite time consuming but we're pulling through it. It just takes a bit of time and effort from someone who has experience and has the time to deal with it. :)

Alright... Clearly you've already squashed some Large flame wars, Improving the server alot, Still using the Mysterious Avatar xD, Did found solutions to every problem. That's what I called Experienced Staff Member.
I already met some Experienced Staff members like you. Its good to see some People helping their own community, It's been awhile to see that.

*snickers* Diplomacy goes a long way. Running around smashing everything in sight with brute force doesn't always work. That said. Diplomacy doesn't always work either. Just gotta learn when to do which.
