my irl name has no part in this, trust me. Robin Hood, Robyn Ub, RobyNub, RobyNub1337. The 1337 then makes an irony because of the Nub part. Basically, elite noob. Hence my catch phrase on youtube. It relates to how I tend to not stick to one game for very long, so I am very proficient at learning new games...so generally speaking when I'm new to a game I'm better at it than I should be.

What I have tried on my side: IP switching, complain to the ISP, Minecraft reinstallation, computer reboot, router reboot... But the problem isn't even 'close' to be solved.

Actually, at that point he's just doing legwork. :P He and I discuss the hires, mainly because to make sure quality is good I always want to run it by a lot of people. But I organize and manage them. Sometimes someone other than me ends up making the posts about it though. Not all of what I do is in public view. :P
The wage is still being debated but for now I'm looking at $14/hour + bonuses. Again, this is just an estimate, its still being decided. Also, this is just starting wage; as things progress it'll go up.
