    Hello.

I need some advice in being a youtuber. Lets me be honest with you here. I literally am only doing this so I can upload videos of hackers. Because, they are seriously starting to me annoy the heck out of me. So, I need you guys' help.
    1. What is the best recording software that's free? What is the best recording software that you have to pay for?
    2. What is the best editing software that's free? What's the best editing software that you buy?
Of course, I can obviously (which I am) google this. But as a community, I want to know what knowledge you have and are willing to share.

I'd say the screen recorder that comes with Overwolf is the easiest to use. In game, you just have a record button, and can press it again when you're done. Definitely recommended due to ease of use :).

As for editing software, I probably can't help you there, and I'm not even sure if you're allowed to use edited evidence against hackers (correct me if I'm wrong).

First, you forgot to lock it.

Second, you are allowed to use edited evidence against hackers. Mods don't want to view a giant 9 minute video of one guy hacking with the evidence scattered. Basically, you can delete the parts that don't show the guy hacking to make it a littler easier for the mods to decide if the person is hacking or not. Also, you are definitely allowed to zoom in on certain parts or slow down/speed up them to make the hacks a little bit more clear (Sometimes you need to). However, photoshopping the name would not be allowed for obvious reasons.
@LilaRok correct if I am wrong.
