wut de fak survival?

In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Survival (peaceful)
Detailed description of bug: I went into the nether and made a mistake of going back into the nether portal, so when i went back i got trapped. So naturally i did the Ctrl + Alt + Delete thing but when i came back on it said i was already online. (thought i wasn't) So I found a workaround (or so I thought) by going to the oitc server and trying to connect but it still said i was
still online but I'm afraid to go in the portal. Please Help!

 

It does that time to time, it happened to me, waited a few minutes, was able to get back on

This exact problem happened to me (The part where getting trapped in a Nether Portal)

ItsHarry tped to me and broke me out of that portal. This was a looooong time ago though.
My most stongly suggested solution is to (I am sorry for this) get Minechat and do /spawn.
