Why can i join creative1

i cant join creative1 and i would like to go on it because i have a head shop. if any one knows the problem please tell me

 

If you havent, try the other ways to get to creative 1. You can use the portal via the lobby/hub or do /server creative then go to the first portal. another way is just to go /server creative 1 or use the compass provided in you inventory at the lobby/hub. If those still dont help, do you get a message when trying to connect? Can you get on other creative servers?

 

It may be because the server is full as well
