Which is better?

    I have all of the parts of my custom pc. Now, I need to buy a software. I thought about buying Windows 7, but my friends told me Windows 8.1 is better. So er, which is better,Windows 7 or Windows 8.1?

    Edit: I plan on buying the Windows 8.1 software. :p ty

    Windows 8.1..

    The only reason people hate it is because other people hate it which instantly makes other think that Windows 8.1 is bad.
    I use it, and It's been a faster, more flexible, and an easier experience than I've ever had on Windows 7.

    It's reeeeeeealy confusing at first if you used Windows 7 until now, but trust me, it's better.
    It might take you a while to get used to it but once you do, it's not gonna be a big deal.
