Where did my Premium Go?

so i payed for premium a while ago, and i was playing Factions hardcore, and i kinda left minecraft for awhile i came back on cus i want to play factions once more, but one problem. My Rank has vanished
Pls Help, i dont want to pay it again, due to a glitch, and i loved that rank

 

I believe what you can do is email info@itsjerryandharry.com the confirmation # to the purchase of your premium rank as well as explain what had happend and things should straighten out.

 

First you need to gather proof of purchase of the rank. (An email should have been sent to you about your purchase, also known as your purchase receipt)
Then send an email to info@itsjerryandharry.com. In the email you will need to explain the situation in detail. Followed by a screenshot of proof of purchase(your purcahse).
Then please be patience as they solve the issue. :)

Just one little note as well that this is not a bug/glitch, nor belongs in the "Report bugs" section. Even anywhere it should belong in the "help" section.

So yes, he did bought it correctly, however his ranked "vanished" after being away from Minecraft for a while.
Plus in accordance to buying it "correctly", they did bought it correctly if they recieved the page stating that their payment has been completed. It is just if they received the perk(s) and/or rank they purchased or not.
