Where are the witch spawners? And should it be a thing?

Spawners are a big part of peaceful survival and witch spawners are to but where are they?
You can not do /spawner witch so where can I find one simply go to -x y -z to find huts that have witch spawners. I would like to have witch spawners but for now here is what I did and I found a cool book with cords to someone's base which I ended up buying from him.
