Pretty much depends on the purpose of the computer. E.g where a gaming computer needs a faster clocked processor and overall beefier GPU, a server computer simply needs as many processor cores possible.
My laptop is obviously the most powerful machine. It runs Minecraft at a whopping 5-10fps on lowest settings. (1-3 on highest) It can run TF2 at 2fps, Terraria at 3fps, Game Dev Tycoon at 10fps and osu at 5-17fps GG BEST PC
