What do you like about the community and how has it helped you through dark times?

So I got bored.
and decided to make this thread.
How did the community help you and what do you like about it?

 

I like how the community gave me new people to meet and talk to.
The community has helped me through issues, but not real life issues, it's more server related issues.

The community has also taught me that there are a lot of nice people who care, but at the same time, there are people who will make you feel horrible. Just like in real life, you don't let people get to you and these type of people do not define who you are as a person.

Basically, the community taught me to listen to positive (or negative) criticism, ignore hate, and appreciate kindness.

 

I made friends faster than the outside (only Imgurians would know the outside is)

And I go here when I'm sad or angry, I usually talk with people and make jokes, be more positive
I don't know how but I just did, I actually care about y'all, damn.
