What are these markings?

So, here's what happened.
I woke up, ate breakfast, brushed my teeth, started studying and using the forums at the same time, when I saw these markings on my hand.

There's 3. Two that intersect, and the last one is on the bottom right of my hand that may be hard to see.

I'm not really sure what this is about, so if anyone has any ideas...
don't mind the thomas the dank engine next to my dart aiming thingy, it's practically our house's power source if you know what I mean

 

I get those all the time.
Its like when you sleep on it funny, it creates markings.
For example, if you sat on your hand for about 10 mins you get a red mark.
Its like that but different
Or its the ghosts haunting you.
